I'm a terrible blogger, but here I am hopping back on the blogging wagon.
Mostly, it's been school but we've also been busy with visitors, cooking, cleaning, and keeping cool. Summer has been rough in Chicago -- very hot and very humid. Thankfully we've got a solid air-conditioning system in our place!
Our produce share has kept us crazy busy with cooking. We've made collard greens, green beans, stir fry, four loaves of zucchini bread (so far!), coleslaw, pesto, and many other dishes with all the delicious produce that comes our way.
Starting today we are watching the London Olympics and loving it! I'm nowhere near as athletic as anyone there, but it's just amazing to watch. Go USA!
