Does anyone have means to go tubing? I guess that's just at tube, actually.
I know many people (including my rowdy parents) who have tubed. Unlike riding an inner tube behind a boat, this tubing is lazy. You just float down a river in a tube with friends and beer.
I'm quite certain the nearby Chicago River is not up for my tubing plans. Whatever shall I do?
